How Low Can You Go?

An all-time low has been reached. I heard it last night at kick-boxing class. A guy robbed a Girl Scout selling cookies in front of a grocery store. She was there with her mom, doing her little fund-raising gig and some gnat brain took her money!

It wasn’t as if he ripped her off a couple of boxes of Thin Mints cause he wanted some real bad and was broke and those things are kind of addicting and you could almost forgive him if he was ovewhelmed by the urgent need for a Thin Mint. No. The aforementioned scumbag ripped off her money.

That’s just wrong.

  2. Unfortunately, these low-lifes have no morals, ethics, or scruples. Just balls. They are taught to hate, to bully, and to take for themselves. Everyone and everything is fair game.
How about the thug at Phipps Plaza, targeting women who are pregnant or with small children(!), and demanding their wedding bands and engagement rings. In broad daylight and with other people around! Talk about missing values!!

Parents need to be held accountable for the actions of their kids. They are the ones letting their kids run the streets and get away with (all but?) murder… Put a few parents behind bars. See if that doesn’t wake some of them up!

I am sick of it. I’m moving to Iowa.

  3. Robbing a Girl Scout should be grounds for capital punishment. That’s a low-life if I ever heard one. And that’s scary about Phipps Plaza. I’m just glad #1 son, DIL and the grandbaby don’t live in Atlanta anymore. Aside from the crime problem, they’re now only 2 hours away.

  4. That’s just sick. Same ilk that put razors in kids Halloween candy. Twisted people who ruin the things in life that are supposed to be fun and safe for children.

I wonder if they’ll put a stop to selling cookies outside the grocery stores.

  5. Wow! That he wanted the cookies is no excuse. I can’t believe someone will do that.

  6. Good grief! I think they should force feed him Thin Mints until he pukes, the bastard. Honestly.

  7. See, there’s a very good reason no one has asked me to set sentencing guidelines…

And I haven’t had a GS Cookie this year. That’s not bragging; that’s whining. Seems I missed all the Girl Scouts when they were out and I didn’t get cookies.

AC will be dealing next year; the trick will be not to get hooked again.

  8. Ladies, I’ve thought everything you said. It is a lowlife indeed. I was blissfully unaware of the Phipps Plaza situation.

Kimberly, check around, I bet there’s a booth sale in front of a Blockbuster or a Kroger and they can hook you up.

  12. What some low lifes we have in our society. What about the guy on AMW that appeared to help an elderly lady in her home, then started to beat her up and take her money. He is going to burn in he–. I wish that when he gets caught the same is done to him so that he can’t walk or crawl. Boy, that sounds really mean on my part but people like that make me… :cursing: . That aside have a wonderful Wednesday afternoon. I’m off to cut grass in my backyard.

  13. Ginger, could you and your lawn mower head my way? And no, I don’t think you sound mean.
