I was going to suggest general categorizing first. Then break those stacks into smaller, more specific ones. I did this earlier this year when I got a 4-drawer filing cabinet for my office. Once you separate into your stacks, it will be much easier from there. Deciding what exactly needs to go in each file is the biggee!!
