Most of the time, I’ve got plenty to say. Hardly a day rolls around when I don’t have something I want to slap up here for my say in the blogosphere. Today I’m drawing a great big blank. So, I apologize to those who stop by on a regular, or even an infrequent, basis. Today you’ve shown up for…nothing.
Be sure to stop in tomorrow when your regularly scheduled programming will resume. ![]()

Only you could write about drawing a blank and make me smile. But hey, sometimes it happens.

:off topic: How come Rhonda has cool new holiday smileys at her blog and you don’t?
Blankness happens…and I’d rather it happened on the blog, because I really like your books!

(Oooh, after that comment, I think I can finally use this smiley

Rhonda and Ginger, it has happened.
Ah, Kimberly, there are several reasons:
1. For the same reason that Rhonda already has her house swathed and festooned for Christmas.
2. Because I owe Precious a book.
3. Because her webmaster is the same as the webmaster for SBQ so she could just ask for dual updates when she sent them.
4. But the bottom line is that she’s simply more organized than I am.
How sorry are you that you asked?

I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who’s brain is being fried by the early Christmas atmosphere. I swear, I can’t concentrate on anything once Christmas takes over my mind.

Kira, I actually think it’s more preoccupation with the book. I’ll think about Christmas when it’s done. Currently, there’s no room in my brain for Christmas.
