Ultimate Post-Thanksgiving Sandwich

I had this in a deli several years ago and it’s become one of mine and Girl’s fave after-Thanksgiving sandwiches. I know it sound like a weird flavor combo, but it works. Yummily so.

Cinnamon/raisin bread, toasted
Schmear of mayonnaise
Provolone or Swiss cheese (Girl used pepper jack and it was great)
Turkey
Slice of cranberry sauce
mixed greens

Use the above to make sandwich. Eat it. Delish.

  1. I don’t do cranberry sauce, but it sounds good.

  3. Give it a try - sans cranberry - Rhonda.

Girl’s also a HUGE cranberry fan, Kimberly. she likes it year round, not just at holiday.

  4. Yummy, sounds great!!!! I only wished I had some leftover turkey. I may have to go buy some at the store and give it a whirl.
