Heard something interesting this morning and wanted to share it. No writing is complete until it has been read–until the reader has filled in the inherent gaps with their own perspective. I love that!
Check out Jen’s group blog at: "Go out as far as you can in your writing. I can rein you back in, but
I can't take you out there."
Writer Buddies Angie Bowie “Edison failed 10,000 times before he made the electric light. Do not be discouraged if you fail a few times.”
Writerly Links DoBelieve "Some men admit they avoid confrontation (about
breaking up) because they’re afraid we’ll cry. Of course we’ll cry; we
cry at Hallmark commercials. What they don’t understand is that we’re
not crying because of them, we’re crying because now we have to get
naked in front of someone else.”
Fun Links "If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
"Sex is not a sin. Many people have complained that this is taking all the fun out of sex.”
"I know the difference between a good man and a bad one, but I haven’t decided which I like better.”
"Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.”
“Men make love more intensely at twenty but make love better, however, at thirty.”
“My sister was with two men one night. She could hardly walk after that. Can you imagine? Two dinners!”
“A bit of lusting after someone does wonders for you and is good for your skin.”
“I used to think I had ambition...but now I’m not so sure. It may have been only discontent. They’re easily confused.”
